It is notified for the information of all concerned that schedule for submission of the admission forms for Pharm D 1st Prof, 2nd Prof, 3rd Prof, 4th Prof & 5th Prof 1st Annual Examination 2016 is given below.Last date to submit admission form with single fee: 10-11-2016
Last date to submit admission form with double fee: 14-11-2016

The admission forms will be available at Habib Bank Limited, University of Sargodha, HBL Shahdman Branch Lahore, HBL Asghar Mall Branch Rawalpindi & HBL City Branch, Sialkot. The admission forms can also be downloaded from university website www.uos.edu.pk
Note:
If any Principal/Student deposits less than the prescribed fee, he will have to deposit 03 times of the less/remaining fee otherwise Roll No Slip/s will not be issued.
